They certainly do serve vegan dishes. I don't know if they make an entire tasting menu of vegan dishes though. The service team usually starts the meal by asking about dietary restrictions and then adjusts the menu as needed. A lot of the dishes are plant-based, but the ones that aren't may be altered or you may be offered an alternative.

The menu is only a sample menu. It is always a chef's selection. There is a small bistro on the property with a very limited menu but the main restaurant simply tells you what is seasonal and most likely to be on the menu.

The farm is closed to the public. When I went to eat there were no parties with dogs. As a safety precaution I would recommend not to bring any. The meal will last roughly 2 hours. I loved the play on stake and vegetables. That was a steak carrot with a side of steak. But you don't actually order a dish, it is a tasting menu that changes through the seasons. We had 28 small courses over 3 hours and they were all amazing.
